AdStep is back — and for good reason. Having witnessed the power of this program (and the glowing feedback from interns), AdTech Holding continues its tradition: a new round of internships for those who want to break into the digital career with top-tier mentors.
Once again, we’re opening doors for ambitious students in Cyprus. This year brings a new format, bigger opportunities, and a flexible internship start date, so you can choose the best time to begin.
You can register for the program at the AdStep site, and read the details in this post.
AdStep Internship comes back with a new format. We kept all the best points from our previous experience:
What’s more, we know that it is not always easy to balance between studies, work, and personal projects. That’s why we decided to let you choose the most convenient date for you to begin your internship.
Elena Dolya, CAO: We truly believe AdStep is a path into the professional world. From day one, the participants face real business challenges. Yes, it’s demanding – you’ve got just three months to make your mark. However, we managed to strive for the perfect balance between our structured and smooth onboarding and the intense, real-world projects. All participants find plenty of support, but still have a huge space to express themselves and show their potential.
You can choose between the three start dates:
In all three cases, your internship will last for three months.
AdStep’s main goal is to give you real job experience. During the three months of the internship, you will work closely with a Sales or Finance team, performing tasks and solving actual problems. If you nail it, you will receive a certificate and a recommendation letter.
Besides, the internship is paid – 500 EUR per month. The next step is the opportunity to join AdTech Holding as a full-time Trainee for the following 3 months with a salary of 1,000 EUR per month, and then get promoted to a Junior Position with a salary of 1,500 EUR per month.
Stephanie Cotsoni, the Sales Department Intern of 2024: This internship really helped me get ready for my career in the sales world! It provided a structured way to learn everything step-by-step, which made transitioning to a full-time role a lot smoother. I learned about the company’s products, improved my communication skills, and gained more confidence when talking to clients.
If you don’t want to take our word for it, here is what last year’s interns say about the program.
Ksenia Loseva, Finance Department Intern: I had a chance to see and dive deep into the tasks that each team performs on a daily basis. Reconciling, learning about the company structure, creating financial reports, and being involved in the payment process – this internship provided me a great opportunity to learn and use my knowledge to practice and gain experience.
My colleagues, huge thanks to them, helped me out on each step, from start to end. They helped me adapt to the new environment (since it was my first ever internship), and explained to me how everything works, the tasks, and the various processes in the company. Whether I had any questions or needed some clarification, they were always there to help.
The knowledge I gained throughout this internship is absolutely invaluable. Actually, I was offered a position as a part-time financial manager in the company, and every day, I used the experience I got to perform my tasks. This internship program really boosted my knowledge and sharpened my skills in accounting and finance.
Konstantin Tomaili, IT Department Intern: I entered the internship as a junior-level front-end and back-end developer. My colleagues helped me a lot and taught me much: for example, I learned how to use Doctrine ORM for PHP, and understood how to work with databases thanks to my mentors. Overall, AdStep gave me a lot of experience: I believe that working on a real project with a real team is the best way to master your skills. In the end, I got a part-time job in the Holding.
Stephanie Cotsoni, Sales Department Intern: During my internship at PropellerAds, I spent most of my time reaching out to potential clients, finding new contacts on various platforms, creating engaging emails and messages to start conversations, bringing in new clients, and helping close deals.
My teammates were super helpful from day one. Thanks to everyone’s amazing support, guidance, and patience, I quickly felt more comfortable and became excited and motivated about the tasks ahead. They always answered my questions, explained things clearly, and taught me a lot about the company’s products and how to sell them effectively. We had regular presentations and training sessions, which made it easier for me to understand the business and improve my sales skills.
One thing I really liked was joining my colleagues in meetings with clients. Watching experienced people handle client questions, negotiate, and manage interactions was very helpful. It gave me a clear idea of how things work in real life.
We accept graduate students from any faculty with EU and Cypriot citizenship. The main requirement is that you speak fluent English to communicate freely with our international team.
