As the sun rose over Limassol, casting a golden glow on the Mediterranean Sea, the AdTech Holding team lined up at the start of the OPAP Limassol Marathon 2024, buzzing with excitement and anticipation. For the second consecutive year, AdTech Holding proudly took its place as a Silver sponsor, reaffirming our commitment to wellness, community involvement, and team spirit.
Last year, our participation marked a memorable milestone in AdTech Holding’s journey, emphasizing not just our commitment to physical wellness but also to fostering a strong, united team spirit. Participants from various departments came together, some running, some cheering, all celebrating.
This year, we approached the marathon with even more enthusiasm and better preparation. Training sessions became regular team-building events, where colleagues motivated each other, shared tips, and built lasting bonds.
Our marketing team meticulously planned the booth activities, aiming to surpass last year’s success and provide an even more engaging experience for everyone involved.
The OPAP Limassol Marathon is more than just a race; it’s evidence of what’s possible as a team. Whether it was the grueling full marathon, the strategic 10 km, or the vibrant 5 km Corporate Race, each participant wore the AdTech Holding colors with pride.
Alex Koshkin (ran 21 km within 1:25 hours; broke his personal record): The Limassol Marathon is the biggest running event in Cyprus that is impossible to miss – and we didn’t miss it. I felt enormous support throughout the whole race, and this added much to our strength and positive mood. I think all the participants won right away when they came to the race: we all received unforgettable impressions besides the medals and tired feet.
Amy Savva (took part in the 5km corporate race and in the 10km Petrolina Energy race): This past weekend, I joined my company, AdTech Holding, for both the 5km Corporate race on Saturday and the 10km Petrolina race on Sunday. Amidst beautiful sea views and a fantastic team spirit, we shared a proud moment running together, celebrating our collective success. Big thanks to our company for supporting teamwork and a balanced work-life culture.
Sergey Abramov (ran the 5km corporate race): The marathon was fantastic. I improved my results of the last year and received a lot of motivation to practice sporting activities on a more regular basis.
Central to our presence at the event was the AdTech Holding booth, designed to enrich the marathon experience. Our booth featured bright, attractive colors, which motivated participants to capture their moments of triumph and camaraderie, creating lasting memories together. It provided a space for relaxation and photos and symbolized our approach to health, teamwork, and engaging with our community.
At our booth, we shared information about our internship program called AdStep to inspire more motivated people to take part.
With a selection of branded merchandise on offer, including sports bottles, wristbands, t-shirts, and phone holders, the booth served as a reminder of our support for the athletes and the values that guide us as a company.
Participating in the OPAP Limassol Marathon aligns with AdTech Holding’s deeper values.
